BRIDAL SHOWCASE: A ‘Traditional’ Washington Wedding Made Unique | Feature Stories

After recognizing each other for many years, Emily (nee Scheible) and Rick Tobben observed themselves by yourself in a booth at Applebee’s.

We just talked and linked,” stated Emily, who after graduating with an affiliate degree from East Central College and a bachelor’s degree from Missouri Baptist Higher education is now used by Missourian Publishing Co.’s commercial print division.
